Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data aerostrata.online collects, why, on what legal basis, who it is shared with and what you can do about it. It is written to meet Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller for personal data processed through this website is:

Controller

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to under Article 37 GDPR. Send any privacy question or request to info@aerostrata.online and it will reach the person responsible.

2. What we collect

Always, to serve the page and keep it secure. Your IP address, the type and version of your browser and operating system, the page requested, the referring URL, and the date and time of the request. This is standard web-server logging; without it the site cannot be delivered.

Only if you consent. Cookie and advertising identifiers set by us and by our advertising platforms and affiliate network, including click identifiers passed in the URL; and interaction data such as pages viewed, time on page and scroll depth.

Only if you write to us. Your name, email address or telephone number and whatever you choose to put in your message.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or any of the special categories of data listed in Article 9 GDPR. This site has no accounts, no registration and no payment function.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Where the basis is consent, nothing is set or read until you give it through the cookie banner, and you may withdraw it at any moment without giving a reason and without affecting the lawfulness of what happened before. Where the basis is our legitimate interest, you may object under Article 21 GDPR and we will stop unless we can show compelling grounds that override your rights.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We set no non-essential cookie before you consent. When you first arrive, a banner asks you to accept all, decline all, or choose category by category; declining is one click, exactly like accepting, and costs you no functionality. Your choice is stored in your browser and honoured on later visits until you change it.

To change or withdraw your choice, use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page on this site. The full inventory of cookies, with providers and lifetimes, is in the Cookie Policy.

5. Who your data is shared with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipient, and only for the purposes above:

  • Our hosting provider, which stores server logs on our behalf as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.
  • Advertising platforms we buy traffic from, which measure conversions from their own ads — only after you consent to advertising cookies.
  • Our affiliate network and the advertisers in it, which attribute an install to the correct partner — only after you consent to advertising cookies.
  • Professional advisers and public authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

Some of these recipients are independent controllers for their own processing. Once data reaches them, their own privacy policy governs what they do with it, and you can exercise your rights against them directly as well as against us.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some advertising and affiliate partners process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on one of the safeguards in Chapter V GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission where one covers the recipient, or otherwise the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary measures where needed. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguard applied to a given transfer by writing to info@aerostrata.online.

Declining advertising cookies in the banner prevents these transfers from taking place through this site.

7. How long we keep things

Retention periods for each activity are in the table in section 3. In short: server logs are deleted or anonymised within 30 days, or 90 days where kept for fraud prevention; consent-based cookie and click data lives no longer than 13 months, and affiliate attribution data no longer than 90 days; correspondence is kept up to 24 months. Your consent record itself is kept for as long as your choice stands, so we can prove what you agreed to.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy (Art. 15).
  • Rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete (Art. 16).
  • Erasure of your data where one of the grounds in Article 17 applies.
  • Restriction of processing in the circumstances set out in Article 18.
  • Data portability — to receive data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller (Art. 20).
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling (Art. 21). Where the objection concerns direct marketing, we stop unconditionally.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it (Art. 7(3)).
  • Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22). We take no such decisions.

To exercise any of these, write to info@aerostrata.online or to Adamix stavby s.r.o., Semtín 97, 533 53 Pardubice, Czech Republic. We answer within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, in which case we tell you within the first month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may ask for information to confirm who you are before acting, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.

9. Complaining to a supervisory authority

If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Member State where you live, where you work, or where the alleged infringement took place (Art. 77 GDPR). Our lead authority is:

Authority
Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection)
Address
Pplk. Sochora 27
170 00 Prague 7
Czech Republic
Website
uoou.gov.cz

You can also find your own national authority through the European Data Protection Board at edpb.europa.eu. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, but you are not obliged to come to us before going to the regulator.

10. Opting out of personalised advertising

Beyond declining advertising cookies here, you can opt out of personalised advertising across many networks at once:

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk under Article 32 GDPR, including access control, current software and minimising what we collect in the first place. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

12. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to info@aerostrata.online and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published here, with its effective date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will ask for fresh consent where consent is the basis, rather than relying on the old one.
